RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you will be delighted with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or a refund. Returns outside the 14 days window may be accepted at our discretion. Please email us a list of items that you wish to return and we will send you a Returns Authorization Number. Please mark this on the Returns Docket that was sent with your order. If you no longer have the docket, we can email you a copy.

Please note items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase and all associated material. Items must be returned as a whole and not as separate parts. Returns that are damaged or scratched will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please send all returns Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for. Once we have received your return, we will inform you via email. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days. Unfortunately we do not refund any delivery charges incurred. Once the goods are received by us and checked, we will issue a full refund which will be processed on the same credit or debit card used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving your returned goods and can take up to 5 working days to appear on your card. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Exchanged items will be sent free of charge.

EXCHANGING A GIFT

If you have received a Babette Wasserman item as a gift which is not suitable, you can exchange it for another item or receive a credit note for the value. Credit notes are valid up to one year. The item needs to be returned to us within 14 days following the original purchase date. Please inform us the name of the purchaser so that we can track the purchase. We will email you a Returns Docket with a Returns Authorization Number.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be redeemed against all products on www.babette-wasserman.com site. If your order is less than the value of the purchase your account will be credited with the remaining balance. If your purchase exceeds your gift card the balance will need to be paid by credit or debit card at check out. If you return an item purchased through Gift Card, your account will be credited to the value of the product which will be redeemed against future purchases. No cash refund will be given in exchange for Gift Cards and all returns are subject to our Returns Policy Terms and Conditions.

For virtual Gift Cards, Babette Wasserman Ltd is not liable for the delivery to incorrect or non-existent email addresses. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Babette Wasserman Ltd is not responsible if a printed Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

No promotion code can be used in conjunction with a Gift Card.

Shipping costs apply to printed Gift Cards. Shipping and Sales Tax will be added to all purchases made using a Gift Card.

ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE

Babette Wasserman items bought in-store must be returned to the store where the item was purchased.

WARRANTEES & DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS POLICY

Each item of Babette Wasserman jewellery goes through the highest quality controls. Before leaving our office, it is hand checked by one of our expert Jewellers from our Production Team. Should you receive an item which is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange the return and we will offer an exchange upon receipt of the faulty item.

We will take back faulty goods up to one year after purchase and will either repair or replace it free of charge if the damage is due to a manufacturing fault. In any other circumstances such as accidental damage or wear and tear, this is not covered by our Warrantee & Damaged or Faulty Goods Policy. We can however offer a repair service which will be quoted on a case by case basis.

PLATING

We guarantee the plating of all Babette Wasserman jewellery for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Should your plating have come off before this time, please contact us immediately to arrange its return and will re-plate your item or send you a new piece.

We offer a jewellery re-plating service for items falling outside the guaranteed period, please contact us and we will quote on a case by case basis.
